Fiber blanket is made using a specially reinforced needle punching process, which does not contain any binders or other components. The enhanced needle punching process correspondingly improves the interweaving degree of fibers and the anti delamination performance of the blanket, while not affecting its flexibility and giving it good tensile strength. The installation method is simple and greatly accelerates the construction speed of the furnace lining. Except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong bases, the product is not corroded by most other chemical substances.
