Product Details
This tube furnace uses tungsten wire infrared lamps and resistance wires as heating elements. The infrared lamps are heated in a circular shape above and below, with uniform heating. The heating rate can reach 60 ℃ in 1 minute. The furnace is made of alumina ceramic microcrystalline fiber material, with low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect. It is durable and energy-saving, and can be supplied with various gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen. The furnace tube adopts quartz tube, which has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The double-layer shell furnace is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly cool down. The control cabinet is located below the furnace body and is widely used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units for element analysis and determination, as well as for annealing of general small steel parts, brazing of small devices, and heating of new materials such as electronic ceramics.
