The 1400 ℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, a double-layer shell structure, and a 31 stage program-controlled temperature control system for material atmosphere sintering experiments. The furnace chamber is made of high-quality lightweight refractory brick material with good pressure resistance, low density, and low thermal conductivity. The insulation material is made of alumina ceramic fiber, which is uniformly heated, has good insulation performance, and is efficient and energy-saving. The bottom of the inner cavity is made of silicon carbide sticks, which are convenient for placing various containers and bowls, and have good pressure bearing capacity.
