Product Details
This tube furnace uses resistance wires, silicon carbon rods, and silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. The furnace insulation material adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The furnace tube can be selected from high-purity quartz tubes or high temperature resistant corundum tubes. One end is sealed with a stainless steel flange, and the flange is supported by a stainless steel bracket. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. It is used in industries such as beryllium copper, titanium alloy, metallurgy, ceramics, glass, heat treatment, lithium positive and negative electrode materials, new energy, and grinding tools.
